Welcome to Travixa Resort. By confirming a reservation or utilizing resort amenities, guests agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of valid payment details or deposit as specified in your booking agreement. All room rates are quoted in USD and subject to local Maldivian taxes and environmental green tax.
Seaplane and domestic transfers operate during daylight hours as governed by Maldivian Civil Aviation regulations. Guests arriving in Male after 15:30 may require overnight arrangements in Male prior to transfer to Baa Atoll.
Travixa is located within the protected Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Standing on coral reefs, touching marine wildlife, or collecting shells/coral is strictly prohibited to preserve marine ecology.
Cancellations received outside the policy window, or no-shows, will be charged according to the rate tier selected during booking. Special event periods (e.g. Festive Season) carry specific non-refundable terms.
Travixa is not liable for flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or lost personal belongings. We strongly recommend all guests acquire comprehensive international travel and medical insurance prior to departure.
